Pay matrix, allowances, pension or NPS applicability, and leave rules follow Government of India or state government patterns where the society is so structured; otherwise private university norms apply. Only the published advertisement is authoritative.
How to apply

- Confirm eligibility, experience calculation method, and reservation rules stated in the notice.
- Prepare self-attested copies of degrees, registration, experience certificates, category certificate, and ID proof.
- Submit the application through the prescribed online portal or postal address within the deadline.
- Retain proof of submission and track shortlist updates only via authorised communication.
Documents commonly required (self-attested copies)
- Matriculation and higher-secondary certificates for age and basic eligibility.
- AYUSH degree, internship completion certificate, and state medical council registration (for clinical roles).
- Postgraduate degree and additional qualifications claimed.
- Experience certificates with exact dates, designation, and nature of duties—preferably on letterhead.
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) in prescribed format and validity window.
- Photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence) and recent passport photographs as per notice.
- No-objection certificate from current employer if applicable.
Reservation and equal opportunity
OAMCRC adheres to reservation policies stipulated in advertisements—often mirroring central or state rules for direct recruitment. Relaxations in age or experience, if any, are explicitly stated. Persons with benchmark disabilities may claim scribe facilities or extra time when examinations are conducted by the institution.
Women candidates are encouraged to apply for all suitable posts. Institutional policies prohibit discrimination on grounds of religion, caste, gender, or place of origin.
Regular, contractual, and ad hoc appointments
Some positions may be filled on a contractual basis during surge demand or project funding cycles. Contractual appointees receive defined tenure, performance review clauses, and renewal conditions. Ad hoc arrangements are exceptional and time-bound.
Candidates should read whether a post is permanent, contractual, or tenure-track before accepting offer letters. Notice periods and bond conditions—if any—must be evaluated carefully.
